After studying at the Faculty of Law in Nice, Mr Bernard BENSA was sworn in at the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal at the age of 22. He undertook his traineeship in Nice with Mr Yves BONELLO
where he especially trained in construction law as well as insurance law and the law of tort. In 1983 he joined a long-established law firm. He completed his training with SCP
GIAUFFRET-ESSNER-BENSA, in particular in enforcement procedure. From 1996 he was a sole practitioner before joining his wife in order to practice in the Principality of Monaco.
He has been a member of the Association of Lawyers of the Nice Bar and the delegate of the President for mediation. In this regard, he assisted in the creation of the Alpes-Maritimes Mediation
Association of which he was the founding President.
In France again, he was the recipient of the endorsement for specialisation in securities and warranties law and enforcement procedure awarded by the CFBSE and then the National Bar Council.
He has repeatedly served as the trustee-rapporteur of the Bar Council.
